The short version
- I collect only what I need to run my coaching, courses and community.
- I never sell your information.

Who I am
I am Aoife Hughes, trading as Aoife Hughes Coaching, and I am responsible for your personal information. You can reach me at aoifehughescoaching@gmail.com.
What I collect
- Your name and email address, and your phone number if you give it to me
- Your course enrolment, purchase history and progress
- Anything you post in my community spaces or send me in a message
- Booking details and anything you share with me during coaching, which may include information about you or your familyā€™s health or neurodivergence
- Basic website information through cookies
Why I use it, and my legal basis
- To deliver your course, membership or coaching, because you have asked me to (contract)
- To send you updates, resources and offers, only if you have chosen to hear from me (consent)
- To answer your questions and keep my services secure (legitimate interests)
- To keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation)
- Where you share health-related information in coaching, I ask for your explicit consent first, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Where your information is stored, and who helps me
- Kajabi hosts my online courses, the Parent Circle community and my email list. It holds your name, email address, course progress, community posts and purchase history. Kajabi acts on my behalf as a data processor, under a data protection addendum that includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, because some processing takes place in the United States.
- Squarespace hosts this website and handles messages sent through my contact form.
- Stripe processes card payments. I never see or store your full card details.
- Google (email and secure folders) and Zoom (online sessions) are used for coaching and communication.
I only use providers that protect your information, and where data leaves the EU it is protected by safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Emails
I only email you with updates if you have signed up or agreed to hear from me. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email me and I will remove you.
Community spaces
Posts in the Parent Circle and other community spaces can be seen by other members. Please keep your childā€™s name and other identifying details out of your posts. My services are for adults, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How long I keep it
I keep your information for as long as you are a member, subscriber or client, and for 7 years afterwards. I keep accounting records for 6 years, as Irish tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how I use it, receive a copy of it, or withdraw your consent at any time. I will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Cookies
This website and my Kajabi pages use cookies, some essential and some optional. You can accept or decline the optional ones when you visit, and change your mind at any time.
Other things to know
I only share your information where the law requires it or where you have asked me to. Links on this site may lead to other websites with their own privacy practices. I keep your information secure and limit who can access it. If I update this policy, I will change the date above and tell you about any significant changes.
